All registered applicants for the upcoming Japan October intake are hereby notified regarding the critical deadlines for submitting Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application dossiers to Japanese immigration authorities. ### Mandatory Documents Required: 1. **Academic Credentials:** Marksheets, character certificates, and transcripts from SLC/SEE onwards with certified English translations. 2. **Financial Sponsorship:** - Bank balance certificate and minimum 3-year transactional bank statement from authorized commercial banks. - Relationship verification certificate issued by the relevant local municipality/ward office. - Tax clearance certificates and annual income verification certificates (past 3 consecutive years). - Occupation and property valuation documents. 3. **Japanese Language Study Certificate:** Minimum 150 hours study completion certificate issued by GoWell Education Center.
